What this site collects, and what we do with it
This covers totalperform.com. It is short because the site does little: there is a contact form, and there is one analytics tool behind it. No advertising trackers, and nothing sold to anyone.
The contact form
When you fill in the form on the contact page, we receive what you typed. That reaches us through HubSpot, which is the customer relationship system we use, and it becomes a record there. We use it to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation. Nobody outside Perform sees it, and it is never sold or rented.
An email to a person works the same way. It puts the same information in front of the same people.
Cookies and analytics
HubSpot sets a small number of cookies so that it can recognize a returning visitor and connect a form submission to the pages that visitor read first. They are named hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc and __hssrc. That is all we collect. It tells us which pages get read and which ones lead to a conversation.
There is no Google Analytics on this site, no Google Tag Manager, no advertising pixel from Meta or LinkedIn, and no session recording or heatmap tool. If any of that changes, this page changes with it.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser. The site works the same either way. The only thing that breaks is our ability to tell that two visits came from the same person.
Fonts
The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We are looking at serving them from our own domain to remove that.
What this site does not do
- No comments, so nothing is collected from a comment form
- No visitor accounts and no logins for anyone outside Perform
- No advertising, no retargeting, and no data sold or shared for advertising
- No newsletter list at the moment, so no email marketing
Careers
Job applications go through Greenhouse and are handled under their privacy terms and ours. Applying is a separate thing from filling in the contact form, and the two sets of records are kept apart.
How long we keep things
A contact record stays while we have a live reason to keep it, which usually means an open conversation or an ongoing engagement. Email privacy@totalperform.com and we delete it.
Asking us about your data
Email privacy@totalperform.com and ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We will come back to you, and we will tell you if there is a reason we cannot do what you asked.
